I FINALLLY had the pleasure of capturing an intimate sunset elopement at Ruby Beach in Washington State. The experience was truly unforgettable.

The entire Washington Coast feels like home to me, but the North Coast (La Push, Ruby Beach, Kalaloch, and Forks) is one of my favorite places on this planet. There is truly no other place quite like it.

Having already had their wedding ceremony, we were at Ruby Beach for the sole purpose of creating beautiful, romantic, authentic photographs in this absolutely breathtaking landscape.

They pranced, and laughed, and danced on the beach until the sun went down. They snuggled on the beach by lantern and candlelight until the park closed at dusk.

I’ve always wanted to shoot a Ruby Beach Elopement, and I’m so grateful to this incredible couple for bringing me along to document this beautiful evening for them.
